HMEA is a forward thinking Human Services Agency that supports over 3,000 individuals with developmental disabilities. HMEA is currently seeking a full time Behavioral Clinician to work in our Sterling center
Responsibilities include:
Provide oversight for all behavioral support strategies for assigned caseload
Attend medication reviews, ISP’s and other team meetings as needed
Develop Level I and II Behavior Plans and train staff in implementation of those plans
Review/analyze behavior data for individuals supported by HMEA
Provide clinical support for people with complex behavior needs, including screening new referrals and crisis intervention
Participate in agency-wide projects and trainings (e.g., Procedural Reliability Project, etc.)
Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in psychology or related field required (ABA)
Three years experience developing and/or implementing behavioral intervention strategies for individuals with developmental disabilities
Demonstrated superior communication skills both in verbal and written English
Computer literacy skills (especially WORD and EXCEL)
Valid driver’s license and use of a reliable vehicle
