The Infection Preventionist will be responsible for assisting with the day to day activities of the System Infection Prevention Department; utilizing epidemiologic tools to identify patients and personnel at risk of infection; developing and monitoring activities related to performance improvement; assisting in designing collection, analyzing and presentation of data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Georgia RN license or Bachelors degree in healthcare related field.
• Two years clinical related experience.
• Certified in Infection Control (CIC) or must obtain certification within 2 years of hire date.
