We are presently searching for an experienced Billing Administrator/Clerk for our growing team. This is an important role that partners with our majors clients. This role acts as an extension of our clients back office and is an extension of their business. We are rapidly expanding our client base and continuous process improvement will be vital to our success. We need a person that has a successful history of maintaining customer relationships, as well as developing new client relationships. If you are energetic, resourceful and accustomed to working in a fast pace, high energy, high volume environment, this may be your perfect opportunity.
· High volume billing/invoicing experience
· Extreme attention to detail and ability to work independently
· Ability to multi-task and switch between tasks as needed
· Strong analytical skills, research “know how” and ability to prioritize
· History of meeting and exceeding deadlines
