These TPM resources with sit in between the business and the technology to support the credit transformation project. They are completely transform the platform they currently use in wholesale credit.
If they have a wholesale credit background, that is a plus. They need to understand projects/project plans and push the internal employees in terms of the changes being made. Strong leadership/dynamic skillset. They cannot be order takers, need to be leaders and problem solvers
The Credit Transformation will deliver a client-centric credit delivery platform that is relentlessly focused on maximizing profitability, effective balance sheet management and strong risk management. This is a strategic program comprised of 8 key programs that will transform the bank’s credit platform across multiple LOB’s
Project Manager for Process and/or Technology project delivery. Scope will be up to $5mm. Individual may manage a full end to end project or a particular workstream under and broader project.
Looking for individuals that can create and manage project plans, manage effective meetings, present to key technology and business stakeholders. They must also be comfortable managing in very matrixed/virtual organization. 2-6 years of experience.
