Collector

Job Description:

*Account Resolution Corporation, a leading collection agency and

receivables management firm based in Chesterfield, MO is seeking to

fill several collector positions due to recent organic growth. 
*The collection position involves handling inbound/outbound phone

calls, asking for payment in full on every call or negotiating payment

plans, responding to correspondence,and utilizing professional

judgement on account work standards.

*ARC is an industry leader looking to hire motivated self-starters who

are comfortable resolving hundreds of accounts and phone calls daily.

Required Skills:

-Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.  Professional mannerism and phone voice.

-Good computer skills
-Goal/bonus oriented professional with strong work ethic
-Collections experience is preferred, but not mandatory
-Positive attitude towards debtors
-Ability to work in a highly structured environment
-High School diploma or GED

Compensation:

Negotiable based on experience and skills.  Typical package is hourly plus bonus.  Bonus based directly on your results.  Full-time benefits package includes health insurance, 401K, health club, vacation, holiday.
