Appreciation Events provides corporate advertising for the entertainment and hospitality industry including; NBA, CFL, NHL, 5 star hotel chains, amusement parks, ski resorts, golf courses, restaurant chains and destination resorts and much more.

Appreciation Events has been able to give its advertising clients direct access to corporate employees using discount savings packages.  Advertisers provide savings on their empty inventory that Appreciation Events distributes exclusively through our employee rewards program. The discount savings packages are designed to generate extra revenue, entice repeat customers and word of mouth advertising.

Entry Level Event Coordinators:

·         Set up and run daily events

·         Product knowledge of all 200 savings certificates

·         Ability to maximize savings needs for each customer (tour guide of savings)

·         Event promotion: creating and distribution of promotional material prior to the event

·         Customer inquiries: responding to all customers questions prior to event by email and phone

·         Generating leads from client referrals, events, networking and existing clients

·         Booking appointments with Human Resource Managers of fortune 500 companies

·         Inventory control and web site reporting

·         Re booking and maintenance of clients

·         Time Management

·         Customer service

·         New client orientation, visit advertising clients facilities before launching new campaign

·         Business to Business in-person sales to customers

   Requirements

• Entry level for college or university grads
• Professional appearance
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and problem solve
• Advertising and or sales experience
• Excels in entrepreneurial self-directed environment
• Must become student of business
• Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients
