What does this mean?
At this moment, we are looking for energetic, career minded individuals to aid us with our expansion goal. These candidates will be hired as entry level sales and marketing representatives for the Dallas area with rapid advancement opportunities in management. Our training program is designed to cross-train the right candidate in all aspects of business, sales and marketing as well as in corporate communication and team leadership. The focus is to prepare them for a position as the general manager of a location, overseeing the campaigns for a Fortune 500 client and supervising a team of 20 employees. Pay based upon performance.
Since opening our doors in Dallas in April of 2006, we have grown by 500%, and have expanded to 14 offices nationally over that last 2 years. We will be expanding into 10 new offices in 2013.
