Title and Escrow Transaction Coordinator

About the Job

The Texas office of Accurate Group, a national title insurance agency, is seeking a dynamic, highly detailed, well organized individual to provide transaction coordination in a fast-paced title and escrow office. Accurate focuses on delivering excellent service to the real estate, lending, servicing, REO and investment  industries.

Duties include:
  • Recruit, setup and maintain vendors and clients within Accurate's system
  • Vendor assignment and tracking to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Follow up with vendors prior to order due date to ensure timely delivery to Accurate clients 
  • Review products received from vendors to confirm accuracy and completeness of request
  • Ensure client and vendor agreements adequately align with the products requested/produced
  • Assist clients with title curative requests and/or direct inquires
  • Maintain client “order entry/assignment” procedures
  • Maintain client E&O certificates

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Minimum two years of title, escrow or mortgage processing (please do not apply if you do not have title, escrow or mortgage processing experience)       
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work 
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions
  • Ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work
  • Solid commitment to customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work in both a team and individual environment
  • Excellent computer skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet Browsers
  • Strong organizational, analytical and decision making skills 
  • Self motivated with strong ability to prioritize work 
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
