Escrow Officer / Escrow Assistant
About the Job
The Texas office of Accurate Group, a national title insurance agency, is seeking experienced escrow officers and escrow assistants to join our team. Agency focuses on delivering excellent service to the lending, servicing, REO and investment industries for both, residential and commercial properties.
Duties include reviewing commitments, title curative, preparing HUD statements and closing documents, scheduling closing, post closing, recording documents and funding transactions.
Successful candidates will have the following:

Successful candidates will have the following:
- Minimum three years of title company escrow experience (please do not apply if you do not have title/escrow experience)
- Residential experience a must
- Commercial experience a plus
- Proven significant and relevant title closing experience
- Excellent personal computer skills
- Excellent telephone presence
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work and communicate with piers and title underwriters
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Proven perfromance of all job responsibilities in strict compliance with Texas Department of Insurance regulations
- Self motivated with strong ability to prioritize work
- Knowledge of SoftPro a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Bilingual a plus
