Laser Lending is GROWING!
Due to the success and growth at Laser Lending, we are hiring a new Principal Lending Manager. (Our current PLM will assume the position as President of Laser Lending.)
We are also looking for Experienced Loan Consultants who are interested in working our leads as well as working their own book of business.
This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a growing mortgage company.
Laser Lending is approved with 22 Wholesale Lenders in Utah.
Laser Lending also has their own Warehouse Line where we close loans in our own name...with the Warehouse Line we are not required to disclose SRP which simplifies the loan process! We are able to transact loans like a bank or correspondent lender. We have all the necessary tools to sell loans!
The Principal Lending Manager will be expected to close loans but will also be paid based upon other Loan Consultant's loan production.
A monthly draw is available for both the Principal Lending Manager as well as the Experienced Loan Consultant.
This is a terrific opportunity to make anywhere from $75,000 to $150,000 depending upon your skill-sets, work ethic, phone skills and experience.

This is not a "stepping stone" opportunity...we are looking for the right candidate who is ready and willing to make a long-term commitment and be able to enjoy the fruits of a successful and growing Mortgage Company.
For the PLM, this is an opportunity to be part of the Management Team at Laser Lending and play a role in the growth and success of Laser Lending.
Laser Lending provides an amazing stream of "real time", well-qualified borrower leads for all Loan Consultants. All of our leads are distributed electronically through a state of the art computer program. Our Top Loan Consultants close between 5-7 Loans EVERY MONTH from the Leads we provide.
Also, Laser Lending's parent company is Larson & Company Real Estate which offices out of the same building. Where possible, purchase leads from Larson & Company Real Estate flow to Laser Lending.
A Principal Lending Manager License is preferred but is not an immediate requirement. However, a Utah Mortgage Originator License is a must.
The PLM or "Prospective PLM" must have the following characteristics and skill sets:
>Be ready and willing to regularly train and assist other Loan Consultants in our office.
>Have a terrific attitude and have solid people skills and enjoy interacting with other Loan Consultants.
>Have sales and closing skills and be able to sell loans and teach others how to do the same.
>Have a terrific work ethic. A normal work-week is a must, usually 9am to 5:30pm.
>Be computer savvy and be able to easily navigate various computer programs, including Point.
>Be ready and willing to work in a fun, fast-paced and exciting office environment.
