Heavy Highway and/or Site Superintendent

Heavy highway and/or Site Superintendent: RedStone Construction Group is hiring individuals to oversee and manage projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $15 million. We are looking for multiple candidates that can handle either smaller or larger projects.  Individual(s) must be able to build a team of qualified personnel to manage any and all aspects of a project in the field from start to finish. We are Arkansas’s largest full service civil site contractor self performing the following; earth work, drainage, concrete, utility, paving, concrete. Projects include; street and highway construction, airport rehabilitation, parking lots, general construction, subdivisions. This will be a salaried position with paid vacation, performce bonus, vehicle, retirement, medical insurance; salary is based solely on experience.
