SoftPro has an opening for a Real Estate Customer Support Analyst. In this position you will be responsible for providing telephone support to operations as they implement SoftPro Select to various sites across the country. This position can be located in one of the SoftPro offices in Raleigh NC, Phoenix AZ or Irvine CA. We have two shifts available: 1st Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or 2nd Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Please indicate which office location and shift you are interested in.
In this position, you will:
· 2+ years experience in the real estate closing/title or escrow industry is a must.
· Experience with West Coast Escrow & Closing process experience is a plus.
· The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and feel comfortable working in a high-paced team environment.
· Must be familiar / comfortable with working in the Microsoft Windows operating system and applications.
· 2 years of previous Customer Service experience
· Prior experience with SoftPro is a plus!
