Ortho Technology, an international manufacturer and distributor of orthodontic supplies located in Tampa, Florida, has immediate openings for an inside sales representatives. We are looking for local candidates who are goal driven, fast paced and focused, with a passion for sales and developing strong, lasting relationships with customers.
We offer an established territory, paid training program, base salary, and a strong commission plan.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Effectively maintain and grow an established sales territory, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales performance objectives
- Inbound/outbound calls with customer base, as well as prospects, identifying customer needs and sharing Ortho Technology’s value proposition
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity objectives (number of outbound calls and talk time)
- Demonstrate persistence, tenacity and the ability to overcome obstacles and handle frequent objections
- Enter sales orders in ERP software
- Update customer activity in CRM software, ensuring superior customer service through team awareness of customer needs and status of accounts
- Maintain current knowledge of market activities in the orthodontic industry including competitive products, pricing and product specifications.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Motivated, hungry and coachable candidates who are willing to work hard and learn our business
- Background in medical device sales (preferably dental or orthodontic)
- 2+ years’ inside business to business sales/customer service experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
