Our client, located in North Dallas is looking for a Customer Service representative to work with Lenders. In this position you will answer questions from lenders in regarding insurance concerns.
Responsibilities: • Answer insurance questions from lenders • Deliver reports to assigned lenders. • Train lenders on reports • Key insurance information • Review and process cancellations • Provide good customer service • Meet deadlines • Understand billing processes
Requirements: • Has a basic understanding of insurance compliance requirements of financial institutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Type 40+ wpm • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word
