Luxury Home Real Estate Agent

About the Job

Kyle L. Mason, Principal Broker
BROKER@MASONLUXURYHOMES.COM

Now seeking 3 experienced real estate agents to cover the following areas:

  • North Suburban Houston including The Woodlands, Magnolia and Montgomery
  • Sugar Land - Missouri City - Richmond
  • League City - Kemah - Seabrook - Friendswood

LUXURY HOME BUYER'S AGENT OVERVIEW

ALL CLIENTS PROVIDED BY THE BROKER!

Unlike most brokerages, I do not expect you to generate your own clients. I will produce everything required for you to become a top selling agent. You just need to put in the leg work. Our web site Masonluxuryhomes.com is enormously popular and produces more business than we can currently handle. Our target market is luxury home buyers. If you think you have what it takes to sell high-end homes in the Houston area and you can handle $9,000,000 per year in sales, please contact me to discuss a high-paying sales position. You would be expected to handle sales over $200,000 only. In fact, listings below $200,000 do not appear on our site, nor do rentals or lots.

BROKERAGE MODEL

As I mentioned before, I do not expect you to generate your own clients. However, you can keep 100% of commissions earned from your own marketing activities. I am only compensated for the business that I send to you. People pick out homes on my web sites that they'd like to see. You will show prospective clients the homes they are interested in seeing and receive commissions in the event of a sale ranging from a $400 commission for the cheapest rental on the market right now to a $475,000 commission for the most expensive sale on the market right now.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Texas real estate salesperson's license
membership to the Houston Association of REALTORS®
a Supra electronic key (provided by HAR)
a car
a printer, scanner and fax machine will be helpful
