This Atlanta-based Microsoft Gold Partner designs and builds IT infastructure solutions for their Southeastern clients. As part of their continued expansion, they seek bright, professional individuals with an MCSE or equivalent who have experience and/or interest in building Server, Application and Desktop Virtualization client-based solutions.
For the Messaging area, they seek experience in Micosoft Exchange 2010 and overall Exchange Migration Architecture, including, ideally:
For the Messaging area, they seek experience in Micosoft Exchange 2010 and overall Exchange Migration Architecture, including, ideally:
o Lync and Office Communications Server
o Office 365 and BPOS
ยท Core skill set, then, should include mid to high level knowledge in one or all of the following technologies:
o Competitive messaging systems (Lotus Notes, GroupWise, etc.)
o Third party migration tools (Quest, Binary Tree, etc.)
o Scripting (PowerShell or VBScript preferred)
o SMTP messaging gateways
o Mobile messaging solutions (BlackBerry, ActiveSync, etc.)
A professional, "consultative" presence must be demonstrated, i.e., proven ability or desire to gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solution alternatives, produce design and migration strategy documents, provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client staff, and test / implement an approved design.
