United Wholesale Mortgage has an Elite team of Inside Account Executives. UWM AE’s are unparalleled in their mortgage knowledge, client service and are devoted to Lending Made Easy. Only at UWM are AE’s able to guarantee 10 day closings! From submission to close, the entire process is easy and efficient because of our Inside Account Executives setting the right expectations and training their accounts to utilize the easy paperless submission process. Upon completion of the UWM 4-Week Training Course, UWM Account Executives will possess superior knowledge of all loan products and guidelines in order to provide unparalleled client service and operational excellence to Brokers, Banks and Credit Unions across the country.                      

Job Responsibilities:

·         Provide world class client service to approved Brokers, Banks and Credit Unions in 50 states

·         Train and educate accounts on the UWM website, programs/products and processes

·         Build and maintain productive relationships with accounts

·         Monitor performance of accounts and pipeline

·         Travel to conventions and broker shows as necessary

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS PROVEN SUCCESS AS A LOAN OFFICER/ORIGINATOR WITH A MORTGAGE BROKER, BANK OR LENDING INSTITUTION. PAST EXPERIENCE AS AN INSIDE OR OUTSIDE WHOLESALE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IS A PLUS. IT IS NOT REQUIRED, BUT IT IS HIGHLY PREFERRED THAT CANDIDATES HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY WITHIN THE PAST YEAR TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. THIS IS AN INSIDE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE POSITION BASED IN TROY, MICHIGAN. CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE OR BE ABLE TO RELOCATE THE METRO DETROIT AREA. WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SEEKING OUTSIDE REPS.
