Newspaper Delivery/Single Copy Rack Managers

$10.93 AN HOUR  

The Akron Beacon Journal is seeking dependable, motivated, responsible individuals to work as single copy rack managers to deliver to our vending machines and dealer outlets.  

To qualify you must posses a valid drivers license and proof of insurance. The successful candidate must be able to work an average of 15-25 hours a week.  Start times will vary from 11:00 PM to 1:30 AM depending on the day of the week and normally finish between 5 AM - 7 AM. Weekends are mandatory! Delivery, Management and Microsoft Office experience a plus.   You must have a reliable van, SUV or pick-up truck with the ability to carry a large number of papers. All pick-up trucks must have a tonneau truck bed cover or truck cap to ensure dry product delivery.  

The Beacon Journal offers an excellent hourly rate of  $10.93 per hour plus compensation for mileage while on the job.  

A drug screen and background check are also mandatory.
