Title:       SE REgional Sales Manager

Local candidate is strongly preferred. 

We are national recruiters in the steel and metals industry, and are retained to fill a SE Regional Sales Manager position with a well-known steel service center in the Southeast.  Our client is a major flat-roll steel service center that has multiple plants nationally.

Position Summary: 

Top priority is to increase sales in the SE region of the United States.  Will provide leadership, strategy, tactics, and plans for SE sales.

What we need:

Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required.

3 to 5 years sales manager experience in the steel service center industry is required.

Strong background with automotive sector subcontractors.

Prior supervisory experience and success in leading a sales team of 4 - 7 people.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Successful track record of growing sales.
