Sales Rep (Project Job Coordinator)

About the Job

We are a global disaster restoration company seeking a Sales Rep/Project Manager to come aboard a stable and growing company.  We offer restoration and reconstruction services to properties that have encountered a loss due to water, fire and mold damages.  This is a sales and project managerment opportunity. You will build relationships with key insurance agents, adjusters, and commerical property managers to get projects referred to you. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the emergency response to residential and commercial insurance property losses in the greater Austin area.  You will manage the project from start to completion making sure the project is finished on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Results driven and highly motivated sales reps
  • Sales experience from disaster restoration, building products, construction, service related industries, car rental, CPG, etc.
  • Ability to build relationships with insurance agencies, adjusters and property managers.
  • Construction project management a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadline driven tasks.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Commission driven opportunity.
  • Requires computer skills and the ability to type.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and area.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Valid current driver's license required.
  • Ability to drive, travel and personally call on customers.
