Answers incoming scheduling telephone calls in a Medical Office call center. Schedules appointments for patients and obtains appropriate and accurate data upon scheduling. Must be able to document messages in a medical record to office staff, and have the ability to communicate with patients, co-workers, physicians and supervisors in a professional manner. Must be detail oriented, reliable, self starter and able to sit for long periods of time. Medical terminology and phone etiquette required.
