Position Description

 

Cvent is hoping you’ll be the next Senior Product Marketing Association to join our Marketing Operations team! We're looking for ambitious marketers to optimize our lead and demand generation programs and support our rapidly-growing consumer sales divisions. As Senior Product Marketing Association you’ll be responsible for marketing over 3,000 live and virtual sales and though-leadership events alongside automated lead nurturing and scoring programs to drive and manage demand for our consumer event solutions. 

 

The ideal hire will display a proven understanding of inbound and outbound lead generation techniques, be adept with logistics, able to compel a target audience through online marketing, and exercise strong time and project management skills.  The Senior Product Marketing Association will have the opportunity to experiment, apply and learn marketing techniques across an integrated marketing and sales technology platform.

                                                                                                                                                                                         

Position Duties

  • Recommend, grow, and optimize targeted and dynamic marketing campaigns to solicit prospect interest
  • Work with design and copywriting teams to develop landing pages, emails, collateral and content/promotional pieces that convert visitors to leads
  • Consistently iterate and improve marketing and lead nurturing activities through measurement and optimization
  • Help to grow database and deepen engagement with current database members through a broad range of online communications
  • Deliver high-quality sales leads by optimizing existing campaigns and identifying new opportunities for scalable, top-of-funnel campaigns
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that they are briefed on marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required
  • Collect information and data to produce consolidated monthly campaign metrics. This will include reporting on new registrants, outbound sales efforts, and lead gen results
  • Report on campaign effectiveness, benchmark and ROI of marketing programs

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and effective communicator
  • Experience with multiple, coordinated software systems including email marketing, registration, survey, CRM, marketing automation or analytics (Salesforce and Eloqua a plus)
  • Proficient in analysis of multiple and large data sets and ability to derive actionable conclusions
  • Knowledge of web, mobile, email design and layout a plus
  • Ability to speak or write in multiple languages is a plus
  • Education: BA/BS in marketing or closely related field
  • -2 years software or online marketing experience
