Senior Service Desk Support Analyst

 

CMS Intelliteach provides the highest quality help desk support to Law Firms and Legal Intensive businesses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

The successful Senior Analyst candidate must have:

·        A proven track record

·        At least 3 years of call center experience

·        Exceptional customer service

·        A strong technical aptitude

·        Excellent troubleshooting skills

·        Be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

·        Be detail oriented

·        Reliable attendance and dependability

·        Be a self-starter and lead by example

·        Microsoft office certification and prior law firm experience are preferred.
