Help Desk Support Analyst

About the Job

Intelliteach provides the highest quality help desk support to Law Firms and Legal Intensive businesses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Level I Analyst is an entry level position.

 

The successful Level I Analyst candidate must:

·        Have excellent customer service skills

·        Have strong technical aptitude

·        Have exceptional troubleshooting skills

·        Be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

·        Be detail oriented

·        Have excellent attendance and dependability

 

Analysts work in a call center environment and must be organized, self-motivated, and be a team player.
