About the Job
RESPONSIBILITIES:
REview and control service costs to meet projections.
Maintain customer contacts and develop customer relations
review results as compared to the budget on a montly basis
Review daily work schedule and consult with supervisors
Oversee parts department and establish proper inventory control systems
Review shop equipment for repair or replacement when needed.
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of five years supervisory experience, preferably in the trucking industry
Mechanical/technical skills
Motivational and training abilities
Must be well organized with attention to detail
