Perform detailed re-underwrite of residential closed loans, including but not limited to the re-underwriting of credit, income, eligibility, Debt-To-Income ratio’s and reviewing of loan files for completeness and accuracy.

Ensure that loans meet the terms of original loan commitments and any automated underwriting documentation.

Provide detailed comments on any red flags found in the loan file. The loan file review is specifically connected to the client’s proprietary questionnaire and any missing core documents in connection with said questionnaire.

• Bachelor degree in disciple related to functional work or role. 
• Minimum of 5 years Front Line Underwriting experience required and is a must. No exceptions.
• Experience with Option ARM loans would be preferred not required.
• Must have understanding and proven experience in evaluating loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and risk prevention, as well as determining if loan conditions met guidelines and be able to determine acceptability of risk to a set of applicable guidelines.

Salary is $35.00 -$45.00 per hour depending on experience.
