Sr. Project Engineer 

*BSME required 

*10 years experience in  Engineering.  Preferably working WEB HANDLING type projects. 

*Experience managing projects using Critical Path Method, (CPM), PERT charts and   GANNTT Charts using MS Project or other project scheduling software is required

*Education or Experience in HVAC system design is desired

*Experience in machine component design is desired

*The Sr. Project Engineer must be a self starter with the ability to work within an engineering project team consisting of internal and external resources

*Demonstrated history of successful project management of small to medium capital projects ($500K to 5 M) 

*The Sr. Project Engineer must be capable of communicating in English across multiple business functions and disciplines

*Must be able to define capital projects including project scope, business case justification, expected results, project costs and schedule

*Upon Project approval the person must be able to manage capital projects including costs, schedule, functional group activities and communications to all facets of the organization

*The Sr. Project Engineer must be willing to travel extensively to job site locations and work outside normal working hours as required by projects

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for the execution of capital projects, project engineering efforts in support of process improvement and process development activities, and in the development of corporate equipment engineering standards

In the execution of capital projects, the Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for the equipment specifications, mechanical design, project definition, management and execution of the projects’ production processing equipment, testing equipment and production facilities. 

Person will be required to supervise and manage internal and external resources including engineering, mechanical, electrical, and general contractor companies, as necessary to complete project work. 

TRAVEL  40-50 % depending on project load.  

Sign on bonus will be given in lieu of a relo pkg.  Should be enough to move you from point A to point B.......
