JOB REQUIREMENTS

·         Supervise staff Claim Representatives on their handling of claims 

·         Supervise Independent Adjusters and Experts on their handling of claims

·         Train, educate, and develop assigned staff

·         Monitor workloads of assigned staff

·         Evaluate staff Claim Representatives and clerical personnel
