POSITION OVERVIEW
Coordinates and supervises the nursing care given and all aspects of management for the Surgical Services departments which involves the management of human, fiscal, and other resources, management of clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery, development of personnel, development of policy and procedure to meet regulatory and professional standards and fostering of interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships within the department and the institution as a whole.
QUALIFICATIONS
RN, State of Texas. Bachelor’s in nursing preferred. ACLS required. Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
