Betacom Inc. was formed in 1991 and originally installed Microwave Radio Networks. Today, Betacom Inc. provides the industry a fully Turn-key network build, with Program Management, Site Acquisition, Design, Engineering, Asset Management, Construction, Technical Integration and Maintenance Services, also operating a complete Disaster Recovery operation with the assets and capabilities to support over 600 affected sites giving our customers a single source for all their network requirements.

Requirements
Qualified candidates are required to have a minimum of two years of telecom and construction experience. Must be experienced in all aspects of line and antenna system installation, replacement and maintenance i.e. coax, jumpers, TMA’s, connectors, weatherproofing, etc. Also, should possess the ability to climb all types of communication and radio towers and not be afraid of heights. Candidate must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test and background check. Experience with antenna alignments using the SPAA tool is a plus. Tower safety/rescue, Comtrain, Comscope, or Andrew certifications are a plus as well.
