Transition Manager

UST Global is looking for Transition Manager immeidately to be based out of Aliso Viejo,CA or San Jose, CA or Philadelphia, PA.
Job Description :
Experience in outsourcing industry with technical depth and breadth related to Global Delivery Application Outsourcing Services
• Strong delivery and engagement management background
• Significant experience as liaison with Global Delivery engagements and Global Delivery management
• Effective communicator with expectation management skills
• Be able to analyze and qualify opportunities by performing feasiubility studies of customer requirements
• Be able to analyze, design, plan, manage, and execute due diligence, Transition-In, Transition-Out and AMS engagement health check and audits; supervise and mentor or train the engagement team and client teams on UST's AM methodologies and frameworks.
• Be able to build methodologies and frameworks for AMS, including directing or being customner's voice; bring lessons learned from field to innovate and enhance AMS frameworks; develop framework and methodologies; roll out framework enhancements tro the field;gain commitment from regional head to deliver solution requirements; support contract or Statement of work development for each assigned opportunity
• Coach new members of the team on UST organization on AMS
• Participate in analyst and marketing events and continuously update the practice on customer and market tendencies
• Drive and build new service offerings, value propositions, and Go To Market Sales Tools for service offerings for AMS practice
• Will supervise Process Analysts/Metrics Analysts.
