We are a full-service state-of-the-art hospital in Orland Park. As a busy, non-appointment 10-doctor practice, we are seeking multiple part and full-time highly motivated, detail oriented individuals to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Client Service
- Manage multi-line phone system
- Obtain appropriate medical history
- Assist in cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of hospital and equipment
- Proper animal handling
- Vaccination preparation and protocol
- Client education
- Prepare treatment plans
- Prepare invoices
- Handle cash transactions
