
Workers' Compensation Lost Time Adjuster

Job Description: - Processes workers' compensation claims determining compensation and benefits due on long-term indemnity claims
- Monitors reserve accuracy and files necessary documentation with state agency
- Maintains a quality assurance program to support the Total Performance Management initiative and the consistent delivery of quality claims service
- Develops and manages workers' compensation claim action plans to resolution, coordinates return-to-work efforts and approves claim payments
- Manages subrogation of claims and negotiates settlements
- Communicates claim action/processing with claimant and client
Required Qualifications: - 3-7 years of recent or current lost time handling expertise
- Must posses a Georgia or North Carolina adjusters license
