Customer Service Representative - Financial

Job Purpose:

Helps clients by explaining the program, seeking to understand the issues, and guiding the client to the best and most successful client experience.  Our agents serve clients by explaining services; obtaining and recording customer information; preparing documents, and managing concerns.

Duties:

* Explains financial services by answering inquiries; explaining requirements and warnings.

* Updates accounts by obtaining / verifying required information and inputting into customer account database.

* Completes transactions by obtaining signatures; explaining financial accounts; preparing documents.

* Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

* Maintains customer confidence by keeping account information confidential.

* Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Accomplishes company mission by completing related results as needed.
