Independent restaurant owner/operator with multiple locations seeking experience GM with hands-on operational experience

Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and training of personnel
• Operation of an assigned location
• Train and develop employees

• Motivate and build a strong team

Requirements:

• HS Education
• 4 years Management Experience
• Strong Leadership Skills
• A desire for challenge and a talent for building high performance teams
