Project Coordinator I

Convergenz is currently working to identify strong telecom candidates for a new project with one of our major telecom clients in the Kansas area. Our client is beginning a large project to advance mobile technology to the next level. These opportunities are long-term contracts, working with the latest in telecom technology. We do anticipate locations in Kansas as well as various other locations throughout the US. We encourage everyone with the required experience to reach out now so that we can get you lined up with the end client. 

Convergenz is hiring a Project Coordinator I  who provides administrative and/or basic analytical support on projects. Duties may include: coordinating information flow and reporting, creating and maintaining documentation, maintaining and updating databases, tracking project activities and progress, liaising with project staff and internal/external contacts. Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills required.  Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. 1-2 years of Project Coordinator or related work experience

Employee must have the ability to multi-task dealing with multiple competing priorities at the same time. Need to have good working knowledge of Excel.
