Customer Service Specialist
Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by professionally handling and managing customer contact through phone calls, electronic communication and face to face with public and key customers to assist and resolve customer requests and complaints.
The candidate must be able to receive, process and record customer orders through the use of the computer,assist customers with order content by promoting and recommending various product lines, respond to inquiries concerning the status of orders, production capabilities and specific customer requests and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications include: Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills, excellent Microsoft Office skills, 2 years college preferred and 2 or more years customer service experience required.
Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) requirements of this position, all candidates must be presently classified as a "US Person" which includes: a United States citizen; a permanent legal resident (green card holder); or a protected individual (refugee / asylum status).
