Service Department.

working with people, be very detailed oriented

Candidates are required to maintain courteous and professional relationships in all situations with dealership customers and employees.
We are*looking for*
self-motivated, driven
individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a great attitude. He or she will build business by initiating and receiving phone calls and responding to internet generated leads from
customers seeking to
purchase automobiles, managing dealership social media sites, monitoring and influencing the dealership online reputation.*In addition,
will maintain an ongoing
relationship with
customers to encourage
networking and
repeat business.*

Job Requirements
Experience working in an Internet Sales department at a dealership preferred, but not required.
Must have strong
computer, internet, and social media skills.
Must be comfortable
calling prospective customers who have submitted product inquiries to build trusting relationships.

Bi-lingual a plus.
